The Spiralift actuators work smoothly and efficiently
under all operating conditions. The Spiralift inserts
a vertical stainless steel band into a coiled, flat
spring to produce an adjustable column that supports
the load platform with total control.
PRECIZOR is available in surface, pit-mounted and
portable models with single or dual actuators.
They are ideal for manual palletizing and de-palletizing,
manual sheet feeding and automatic stacking, transferring
loads between multiple levels, conveyor systems and
assembly applications.
PRECIZOR is strong, fast and reliable. It is capable
of safely lifting up to 6,500 lbs (3,000 kg). It integrates
highly durable components in rugged steel construction
for reliable, long-term operation. Each unit is factory
tested to 125% of its rated capacities. The speed
is constant over the complete travel.
PRECIZOR will never compress, drift or creep for
unlimited time. With no hydraulics, PRECIZOR remains
level and stable through its full range of travel.
Patented steel hinges prevent tipping and minimize
deflection -- even when subjected to high lateral
and cantilevered forces.
Preset stops can be adjusted in the field with the
hand held control for minimum change-over time. It
has the easiest precision because of the linear relation
between motor rotation and table height.
The PRECIZOR operates quietly and efficiently.
The Spiralift actuators are directly coupled to the
motor and an internal worm gear reducer for continuous
use without friction or wear. There are no seals to
replace, it will not leak, and it remains clean at
all times.
PRECIZOR provides extended reach and exceptional
precision. When retracted, the self-enclosed unit
is as slim as 10.5" (0,27 m) in height. When
extended, it raises and holds your load at any elevation
up to 140" (3,5 m), with repeatable travel precision
up to 0.04" (1,0 mm) for easy load transfer. |
